Come find your new best friend at the Fort McMurray SPCA today!
**Please note you must still go through the application process which can take up to 5 days to complete. |
| The FMSPCA is thrilled to announce $11 000 was raised for our shelter animals at the Walk to Stop Animal Abuse. These funds will help care for the hundreds of sick, abused, neglected and homeless animals that come through our doors each year. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all who participated, donated, and took a stand against animal abuse. On April 22 we gave a voice to those who can not speak for themselves and said no more to the horrific abuse and neglect animals face every day. On behalf of animals everywhere, thank you.

The Fort McMurray SPCA is in need of foster families.
Animals suited to the foster program are most often too young, need further socialization or require special attention due to treatable illness and recovery which prevents them from being ideal candidates for adoption at the time.
Foster parents provide a safe and conducive environment for the animals to mature, become socialized and accustom to a home setting and heal from existing wound and illness. If you are interested in providing foster care or have questions regarding the program contact us at 780-743-8997
